Beginning his career in the insurance sector, he developed a foundation in risk management and compliance that continues to shape his client-first philosophy.

Over the course of his career, Callum has founded and led profitable trading teams across equities, debt and derivatives. He has also played a key role in raising more than £1 billion for public and private companies, including ventures benefiting from Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) funding.
